Open Before Paying
You’re welcome to open your package upon delivery to make sure everything is correct and in good condition before completing payment. If there’s an issue, you can refuse the order on the spot.
Refunds (7 Days)
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:

Once approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
